We're Rosie and Rob—a husband and wife team, married for over 10 years and blessed with three amazing children. After spending nearly 60 combined years leading Big Box retail stores, God placed a new dream on our hearts: to step out in faith and build something of our own. Through years of managing teams and serving customers, we've gained invaluable experience in leadership, hospitality, and excellence—skills that have shaped the way we do business today. But more than anything, we've learned the value of community and meaningful connection. Our passion for coffee is real, but our love for people is what truly fuels us. As a Christian couple, we see this venture not just as a business, but as a ministry—an opportunity to bring joy, encouragement, and a little light into people's lives, one cup at a time.
